Blush for Me by Kristen Proby,

 not only has one of the best cover’s, it also has one of my favorite heroines gracing its pages. Besides, it’s a fact that you can’t go wrong with a Kristen Proby book. Everything I’ve read from this author has been amazing, and Blush for Me, is no different. 

Katrina Meyers, Kat, is a wild card. She is one of those no-nonsense women, who aren’t afraid of anything, and who don’t take crap from anybody. She has tattoos, a wicked sense of style, and makes no apologies for who she is. Her downfall, she hates to fly, and normally it could be something to avoid, but she needs to attend a conference in Napa Valley. Besides this is the perfect opportunity for her to start her “sexcation.” Thankfully, when she’s freaking out on the plane, the guy in the next seat, Mac, is there to calm her down. 

Mac takes to Kat very quickly. She’s unlike the other women her pursues and he finds her very refreshing. When they get to their destination, Mac and Kat work out their attraction for each other. Neither one of them is promising anything beyond this trip, but it’s clear that these two people have the right amount of chemistry to pursue something more. Surprises are in store when they meet again, and this time, they will be together for longer than a weekend. 

I thought Mac and Kat worked great as a couple. With him owning a wine touring company and her owning the wine bar, they have plenty in common….not to mention, their chemistry was off the charts. I enjoyed everything about them. It was also great to catch up with Kat’s friends and business partners. Overall, Blush for Me, is highly recommended and if you enjoy chemistry-driven characters, great dialogue, and relatively low angst, you are going to adore this story! Reviewed by Jennifer for MNP!
