This book start out with Hawke excited he was leaving his hometown to pursue his dreams with hockey at the time he was with his girlfriend and love vale she was crazy and wild he just could not get enough of her they where great together . a party and lack of communication and a secret led to vale breaking up with him the morning he was leaving ,This was heart breaking hawke moves forward with his life 7 years goes bye and he starts a new league Carolina cold fury and he excited to join the champion Team!!! he goes to his first team meeting to meet the players and the new additions to the team they will all be starting training for the season as he saying his hello and welcomes they announces a new add on to the training staff GUESS WHO his ex VALE CAMPBELL THIS IS A SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE there are alot of secrets to come in this book, Vale has change of over the years but has her feeling change?? well your going to have to read the book , i love the chemistry between hawke and vale , there are alot of lack of commutation from the past and now that causes misunderstanding on both sides . i love this book HAWKE is a keeper .
