this is the first book i have read from this author . i really enjoy it. it was a second chance romance . gemma thornton moved with her dad for last year in high school . she wanted to fit in she meet a girl emily who show her around ,they went to races one night where she meet pax had a strong connection way but nothing came from emily told her stay away from him , than she meet pax brother who she start  seeing. one night change everything for gemma and she left town after to return after seven year when she finds out her dad was hurt in a accident at the b&b. she runs into pax which open up the past for her. i really like this book . i like the way it shows gemma  coming back not running and seeing her forgive her self for just being young . she was very strong. pax also learns to stand up for what's right and not let his family guilt his to do things he does not want too; gemma and pax are great together .
