Synopsis:
Bounty hunter, Falon Harris is asked to go after outlaw biker Tom Kellen and tracks him to where he's hiding out in Stags Leap, KY, laying low and waiting for the heat to pass. Rita James operates a busy tavern/grill and occasionally rents out the little camper trailer on her back lot. Figuring the tavern is the most logical place to watch for Kellen, Falon rents the trailer for a week. The first night, while he's having dinner and watching everything, Kellen shows up and starts giving Rita a hard time. The bartender puts a stop to it, but Falon gets the idea it's happened before. This book is a quick read. As it is a shorter book you get a little bit of background info on the main characters but not a lot. You get to know the characters quickly and get a feel for them. I fell in love with Kate and Jakob right away. Kate has been through a lot and is not one to easily trust a stranger. Jakob has a lot going through his head and just needs to get away from everything for a while. When Kate has a predator on her farm killing her horses she seeks a hunter to prevent the loss of any more of her animals. Jakob gets the calls and is eager to go on the hunt. Kate and Jakob have an instant attraction to each other and the chemistry is flowing. The book is well written and smooth flowing. I look forward to reading the rest of the series to see how this turns out. Mommy's Naughty Playground

This book is a quick read. It is well written and smooth flowing. As the story develops you learn more background on the main characters Falon and Rita. With a heavy mind and broken heart Falon takes work as a Bounty Hunter. Never having to stay in one place for very long and always on the road. Busy work to keep his mind off of his own life and problems. Instead of the normal everyday bountys hes out to collect he is given a more substantial case that will keep him on his toes. After heartache and hell Rita becomes the owner of a restaurant/honkeytonk. When Falon shows up at her restaurant looking for a motel, there is instant attraction and chemistry. Neither are looking for a relationship whether it be serious or a one night stand. With sexual tension and frustration so think in the air you could cut it with a knife, will they end up in bed together? I loved the ending of the story. It was unexpected and left me wanting more. I can't wait until the third book comes out so I can see how everything comes together. Mommy's Naughty Playground
